988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Call or text 988 for free, confidential mental health and suicide crisis support. A person does not have to be suicidal to contact the Lifeline.

988 is crisis support, not a police, fire, or ambulance dispatch service. For an immediate physical emergency, call 911.
